Too Fancy Lacquer polishes are 5-free, and are made with cosmetic grade colorants, pigments and/or glitters. All polishes are handmixed by myself.

Due to different lighting and monitor resolution, the color of the polishes in the photos may vary.

Each bottle is handmade with love in small batches. As a result, there may be a slight variation between batches.

Sometimes polishes may be slightly separated due to temperature change. Gently roll the bottle between your palms will bring the polish back to life.

Materials used to make our products are throughly tested for a duration of at least five months. While we stand behind our products 100%, unfortunately it is not possible to test the materials indefinitely. Therefore should the state of the product change from its original form (e.g. color fade), a refund will only be applied within five months of purchase.

Please make sure your PayPal email and mailing address are current, as Too Fancy Lacquer is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly listed mailing address.

All sales are final. No refund or return unless buyer is sent a faulty product purchased from this shop. 

In the case of refund, only the retail price of the polish will be returned.

Too Fancy Lacquer reserves the right to cancel and refund any order (e.g. reselling samples and/or prototypes repeatedly for profits, buying over the stated limited quantity of a particular product listing etc)
